Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively and motivate others while building strong relationships with teams and leadership Significantly improve overall agile and scrum processes for product/service delivery Support three scrum teams in preparation for product delivery and implementation in a multi-channel agile environment Required Qualifications Familiarity with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management Three years of experience managing Atlassian products (JiraCloud and JiraAlign) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity with Incident & Problem management and ServiceNow tool SAFe and Scrum Master certifications preferred
