A company is looking for an Amazon Business Analyst to support their Amazon team by analyzing performance trends and providing data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and report on key Amazon performance metrics to support decision-making Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Google Sheets, and other BI tools to track performance trends Identify and investigate data trends to understand drivers of changes in sales and profitability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce analytics, CPG analytics, or a related data-focused role Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) Experience with Looker and SQL is strongly preferred; familiarity with BigQuery and Python is a plus General familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and eCommerce performance metrics is a nice to have but not required
