Senior Policy Director

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Policy to lead and develop its policy strategy for forcibly displaced people. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Policy Department to advocate for the rights of forcibly displaced individuals Supervise the Climate Department and support initiatives related to climate displacement and advocacy Manage cross-departmental strategy development and represent the organization in external policy and advocacy spaces Required Qualifications Law degree or master's degree in a relevant field preferred Eight or more years of immigration-related work experience with expertise in refugee law and policy Experience managing and supervising staff, including remote teams Demonstrated experience advocating for policy change and engaging with refugees and displaced populations Lived experience of displacement or refuge strongly preferred
