A company is looking for an Annuity Case Coordinator to join their Insurance Operations organization in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Process new business applications and complex data/financial transactions, ensuring completeness and compliance with guidelines Communicate with financial advisors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and provide necessary information Share knowledge and assist less experienced team members while identifying process improvements Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred 0-1+ years of relevant client customer support and operations experience 3-5+ years of experience in client customer support and operations preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills
