A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Coding Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency in developing and implementing a Revenue Integrity program. Key Responsibilities Provide expertise in Military Health System (MHS) GENESIS Revenue Cycle billing and coding regulations Review and resolve claims with coding and billing errors Analyze clinical documentation to ensure accurate coding and manage Revenue Cycle processes Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in a clinical or healthcare-related field, or an Associate's degree with five years of Revenue Cycle experience U.S. citizenship required due to government contract requirements Coding certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, CCA, CCS) Experience with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding, and knowledge of MHS billing regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
