API Support Specialist
A company is looking for an API Product Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve client and vendor API integration issues through CRM and collaboration
Build relationships and communicate with clients and vendors to provide detailed analysis and resolutions
Provide training and feedback to internal teams and serve as a subject matter expert for complex support issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Health Administration, Engineering, or Health Informatics preferred
3+ years of professional or related experience
Demonstrated ability to manage independent projects
Experience with API integrations, particularly FHIR implementations
Comfort and curiosity in engaging with technical stakeholders
