Key Responsibilities Input and update customer and clinical data for utilization management programs Assist with training new staff and monitor post-training performance Compile data on utilization management programs and monitor appeal processing to meet regulatory requirements Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required Minimum of two (2) years of experience in utilization management or appeals Knowledge of health care delivery systems and community resources Familiarity with CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding Ability to work specified weekends and holidays as required
