Applications Administrator
A company is looking for an Applications Administrator II to manage the ServiceNow platform and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Administers and troubleshoots the ServiceNow platform, including configuration and maintenance
Participates in implementing updates, upgrades, and enhancements for ServiceNow
Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve production issues and support operational applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
2 - 4 years of related experience in a technical support role
Knowledge of ServiceNow components including incident, problem, and change management
Experience with user interface, workflows, and reporting in ServiceNow
Certification as ServiceNow - System Administrator (CSA) is preferred
