AR Renewal Manager
A company is looking for an AR Renewal Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage pre-renewal processes and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of renewal invoices
Serve as the main point of contact for renewal-related inquiries and proactively chase customers for purchase orders
Track renewal progress, identify bottlenecks, and report on opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in contract renewals, customer success, or sales operations in a SaaS or tech environment
Strong understanding of billing, licensing, and renewal processes in NetSuite and Salesforce
Ability to manage multiple renewal cycles simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams
Strong negotiation skills to engage with executive-level stakeholders
