A company is looking for an Area Manager, Food & Beverage for the Southwest Region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales representatives to achieve targeted gross profit and execute district sales and budget targets
Provide guidance and feedback to enhance team knowledge and skills while ensuring compliance with systems and regulations
Implement performance management plans and manage customer relationships with key accounts
Required Qualifications
College degree with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in specialty chemicals
Demonstrated self-development of commercial and technical skills
Ability to break down strategic priorities into actionable tasks
Experience in building effective relationships within customer accounts
Proven decision-making skills based on quality data and analysis
