A company is looking for a Community Engagement Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for volunteer and community leaders in Indiana. Key Responsibilities Partner with regional development staff to grow fundraising efforts and engage current supporters Identify and cultivate partnerships with key groups and community leaders in Indiana Oversee the implementation of community engagement programs and track relevant local issues Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or relationship cultivation Experience in convening groups and setting goals Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Knowledge of Indiana's non-profit and corporate communities is a plus Previous work in a non-profit environment is preferred but not required
