Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in project management plan development and updates Manage performance to meet key performance indicators and service level agreements Coordinate recruitment, training, and continuous quality improvement activities Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in social work or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of child welfare experience At least 3 years of experience working with immigrant youth and underserved families At least 2 years of call-center experience Experience working with federal, state, or local stakeholder organizations U.S. Citizenship
