Associate Recruiter
A company is looking for an Associate Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for Registered Behavior Technician Interns.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates for the Registered Behavior Technician Internship program
Conduct resume screenings, phone interviews, and facilitate group interviews
Make hiring decisions and maintain communication with interns regarding employment opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Human Services, or Education preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or HR strongly preferred
2 years of customer service experience preferred
Preference for candidates residing in NM, AZ, or CO who are willing to travel for recruitment
Experience with various selection processes and general knowledge of HR best practices
