A company is looking for a Manager, Leaves & Benefits Administration. Key Responsibilities Manage the administration of employee benefit programs, including leaves and health plans Lead the Open Enrollment process and ensure regulatory compliance Oversee vendor relationships and manage the day-to-day activities of the Benefits team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred 6-9 years of professional experience in U.S. Benefits required; Canadian Benefits experience desired Demonstrated experience in process development and project management Experience managing vendor relationships effectively CBP or CEBS designation is a plus
