A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse. Key Responsibilities Provide education on the product and self-administration techniques according to established call scripts Receive and make inbound and outbound calls to patients for support and education Document all calls and activities within the program database Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of residence Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) education required; BSN preferred 2 years of nursing experience combined with at least 3 years of other clinical experience Computer literacy and good keyboard skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word products is a plus
