Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support in Spanish and English via multiple channels, addressing product inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Follow troubleshooting paths and billing processes to resolve customer requests effectively
Maintain customer billing accounts with accurate invoicing and documentation
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish (intermediate to proficient level, CEFR B1 - C2) and English, both written and spoken
Experience with helpdesk, CRM, or subscription billing software
Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools such as video conferencing and Slack
Ability to work remotely and manage one's own work environment
Interest in SaaS products and the music industry
