Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support in both English and Spanish
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Utilize technology tools such as G-Suite, Slack, and Salesforce to manage customer interactions

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in customer service roles
Conversational proficiency in both Spanish and English
Technological fluency, especially with Google Sheets
Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 7 days a week
