BPO Customer Care Associate
A company is looking for a BPO Customer Care Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
Field between 75 to 100 calls daily, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards
Maintain knowledge of the insurance industry and collaborate with management to address service issues
Required Qualifications
6 months of experience in an office environment
6 months of experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
6 months of experience in a work-from-home environment
High school diploma or GED
Must pass a drug screen and background check
