Key Responsibilities Lead and advance health equity initiatives within the Social Determinants of Health Strategy Section Develop, implement, and oversee initiatives aimed at closing disparity gaps across communities Focus on the integration of Community Health Workers and related initiatives to improve equity Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major Four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level Relevant experience must be documented in the application materials Ability to work within Michigan if remote or hybrid work is approved Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal records check is required
