Key Responsibilities Process incoming tickets to build and align Common Service Data Model (CSDM) structures Ensure timely task completion by adhering to SLAs and managing workload proactively Collaborate with support staff and managers to define and refine CSDM structures Required Qualifications and Education Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Familiarity with Common Services Data Model and IT Service Management practices Experience in technical writing and creating training materials Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Self-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to manage workload independently
