Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of bank operations experience
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Aptitude in Lean, Six Sigma, and AOM methodologies
Experience in managing complex projects and leading teams
