California HR Payroll Administrator
A company is looking for an HR Payroll Administrator to manage global HR activities and employee interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the global compensation program, including payroll processing, compensation changes, expense reporting, and benefits management
Oversee and design employee engagement programs, including onboarding/offboarding, training, and wellness activities
Support HR compliance with labor laws and assist in developing global personnel policies and maintaining HR information systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; PHR certification strongly preferred
2-3+ years of experience as an HR or payroll specialist, administrator, or coordinator
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel abilities
Global and cultural awareness
Ability to ensure the security, availability, and confidentiality of sensitive data
