California Licensed Administrative Coordinator
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Support account service team with administrative tasks and project coordination
Manage job openings and closings, take meeting notes, and document project details
Handle purchase orders, media insertion orders, and maintain project tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
5-6 years of general office/business experience or 3-5 years of marketing experience
Experience with the MS Office suite of tools
Ability to work in a remote environment with flexibility to work past 5:30 pm Pacific time
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be based in California or Florida
