California Licensed Anatomical Coder
A company is looking for an Anatomical Pathology Coder 3.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding for inpatient and outpatient charge documents
Provide feedback and queries to providers and clinical department personnel
Accurately interpret written notes and convert them to appropriate coding
Required Qualifications
Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
Three (3) years of comparable coding experience in Anatomical Pathology
Strong skills in CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding applications
