Key Responsibilities
Build robust talent pipelines for critical roles and update succession plans annually
Support leadership and HR discussions regarding executive positions and talent placements
Facilitate talent brokering and provide insights on talent reviews to improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of strong HR experience
In-depth understanding of HR practices, including recruitment and talent management

Ability to analyze data and create reports for evaluating talent management programs
Experience with PowerPoint and Excel
