A company is looking for a Civil Engineer to lead site-related design and engineering efforts for residential prefab projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans for local jurisdiction submittals Ensure compliance with stormwater management requirements and prepare related plans Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate project milestones Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience Civil Engineer (P.E.) license in California or ability to obtain reciprocity Proficient in AutoCAD and civil design workflows Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace preferred Experience in residential land development or site design is preferred
