A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Dental - Remote California. Key Responsibilities Responds to basic to moderately complex member telephone calls regarding eligibility and benefits Documents calls and updates customer relationship management (CRM) history with inquiry results Conducts outbound calls to members as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D Minimum of 6 months customer service or telephone experience Dental experience preferred Experience with computer software and telephone technology Completion of the Harver Assessment during the interview process
