California Licensed HR Business Partner
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR services including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for nonprofit and social enterprise clients
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain accurate personnel records
Administer employee benefits and manage performance management processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3-5 years in an HR Generalist role
At least 2 years in an HR Director-level position or equivalent
Valid PHR, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP certification, or equivalent (must obtain within six months if not already certified)
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations, particularly California laws
Experience in a nonprofit environment is strongly preferred
