Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic consultant to executive leadership in financial modeling and statistical analysis for payer reimbursement methodologies Conduct complex financial analysis to support organizational decision making regarding payer reimbursement outcomes Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor subordinate staff to achieve payer reimbursement objectives Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field Minimum of eight years of experience in financial healthcare reimbursement analysis Knowledge of financial modeling methods and provider reimbursement methodologies Familiarity with healthcare industry terms and financial statements Experience with Medicare and/or Medi-Cal (Medicaid) is a plus
