California Licensed Senior Care Advisor
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist seniors in the enrollment process for the PACE program.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective participants, caregivers, and outreach associates to facilitate enrollment
Support inbound campaigns, answer questions, and educate prospective participants about PACE services
Make outbound calls to interested prospective participants and manage follow-up leads
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree preferred or two years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of one year of experience in tele sales or customer service sales, preferably in Medicare or PACE
Minimum of one year of experience in a call center position
Knowledge of Medicare Advantage or PACE and Medi-Cal preferred
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is preferred
