California Remote Call Center Rep
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative for California residents only. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer telephone calls and troubleshoot issues effectively Assist callers with completing online applications and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system Conduct outbound calls and connect callers with leadership when necessary Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required Must provide internet speed test results showing at least 60 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload speeds Experience with CRM tools and help desk software is necessary Typing test will be required
