Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of wildlife crossing projects in collaboration with partners and government agencies
Manage project grants and ensure compliance with timelines and budgetary restrictions
Develop policies and legislation to support wildlife crossing strategies and conservation outcomes
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree and at least 5 years of experience in conservation or a related field
Experience managing complex projects, including staffing and budget management
Proven ability in partnership development and collaboration with various stakeholders
Experience in negotiating solutions and facilitating dialogues among diverse groups
Knowledge of wildlife crossings, transportation infrastructure, and environmental laws is valuable
