Call Center Investigation Specialist
A company is looking for a Call Center Investigation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Process a high volume of inbound calls related to health insurance subrogation cases
Research and develop cases by accessing client health claim systems and maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with team members to maximize recoveries and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma with one year of experience in an analytic or claims environment; bachelor's degree preferred
Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research skills
