Key Responsibilities Supervise staffing, organization, and direction of coding activities within the facility Monitor coding goals, workflow, productivity, and quality, conducting routine audits Assist in developing policies, procedures, and educational materials related to coding Required Qualifications 3+ years of coding experience 3+ years of leadership experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Current certification such as CPC, CCS, or RHIA/RHIT Knowledge of medical record content and electronic medical records (EMRs)
