Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive customer support via email, phone, and online meetings Act as the primary point of contact for sellers adopting Promoted Listings and other marketing products Develop trusted advisor relationships and ensure the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs Required Qualifications Strong experience in customer service or client relationship management Preferred 1 year of commercial or sales experience in a fast-paced environment Associates Degree or equivalent work experience Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong working knowledge of PC-based systems and software applications
