A company is looking for a Certificates Program Manager to oversee and execute operations for certificate programs. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of all program logistics from start to finish Coordinate logistics for certificate programs, including event planning and communication with stakeholders Work with program directors and other teams to ensure program quality and address any arising issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 3-5 years of experience in account management, logistics, client services, operations, or event management Experience in financial services is an advantage Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite Demonstrable high-quality customer service experience
