A company is looking for a Benefit Support Analyst III (Implementation). Key Responsibilities Create and maintain benefit grids and configuration templates Perform peer reviews of configuration templates and identify process improvements Lead cross-functional meetings and assist in training and development of new hires Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of five years of medical benefit plan design and/or configuration experience Configuration experience (Facets or equivalent system) preferred Managed Care or healthcare experience is preferred AAPC Coding designation preferred
