Certified Coding and Billing Lead
A company is looking for a Lead, Coding & Billing. Key Responsibilities Review and audit medical records for accurate coding and make necessary corrections Manage returned claims and monitor daily missing charges and Payer Par Provide training for new employees and assist with inbound calls from patients and staff Required Qualifications High school graduate or GED Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Dermatology Coder (CDC); Certified Professional Biller (CPB) is a plus 3-5 years of experience in medical coding/reimbursement, preferably in dermatology Strong knowledge of ICD10-CM and CPT coding principles and reimbursement systems Ability to work during high volume periods and possess working knowledge of Microsoft and payer software
