A company is looking for a Change and Configuration Manager to manage and control changes in software, hardware, and systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a change and configuration management plan, ensuring proper procedures and tools are used Coordinate and oversee configuration changes, conducting impact assessments and managing requests for changes Collaborate with teams to manage the release of software and systems, ensuring proper testing and deployment Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 7+ years of professional experience, including 5 years in OCM Experience in Configuration and Change Management for large, complex projects in Agile environments Experience supporting a government IT organization Ability to obtain and/or maintain Active Secret Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required ServiceNow Change Adoption certification is a plus
