Key Responsibilities: Advise C-Suite and senior leadership on data trends and strategy Oversee analytics work and collaborate with teams to create new data products Manage a team of Directors and Analysts, providing feedback and support for professional development Required Qualifications: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and lead the delivery of data products Prior experience managing and coaching a team of data analysts Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one other coding language Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio Familiarity with experiment design and implementation
