Chief Epidemiologist (Georgia Licensed)
A company is looking for a Chief Informatics Epidemiologist. Key Responsibilities Provide interface between epidemiology users and SendSS developers to ensure programmatic needs are met Supervise Informatics Epidemiologist 2 and coordinate new development/functionality requests Support epidemiology users with testing of new development and troubleshoot functionality problems in SendSS Required Qualifications Doctorate degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a closely related field with two years of supervisory experience, OR Master's degree in public health or a closely related field with three years of epidemiologic work experience in a supervisory role, OR Two years of experience in a lower-level epidemiologist position with management responsibilities Significant experience working collaboratively with epidemiologists and SendSS system developers is preferred Experience with health information exchanges in a public health setting is preferred
