Key Responsibilities Manage operating processes of the CTO office, including leadership and governance meetings Ensure timely preparation of high-impact content in collaboration with the DX Communications office Act as a liaison between the CTO office, leadership team, and external stakeholders Required Qualifications 6+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, Medtech, or biotech Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without authority Extensive project management and consulting skills, preferably in strategic change projects Operational experience in leading laboratory, research, and development teams is beneficial MBA or MS with corresponding business experience preferred
