Claims Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 12-15 associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet performance metrics
Oversee call center operations, setting goals and ensuring team accountability for service quality
Communicate with team members to provide coaching, feedback, and drive employee engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of prior leadership experience
Prior leadership experience in a contact center environment, preferably in claims
Ability to analyze data and trends related to service levels
Demonstrated effective coaching and feedback skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
