We’re looking for a detail-driven and data-savvy Marketing Analyst to join us on a freelance basis. You’ll help power our creator campaigns, manage CRM initiatives, and transform marketing data into actionable insights. What You’ll Do: Campaign Management: Coordinate and track creator/ambassador campaigns, ensuring everything runs smoothly and performance is on target. CRM Oversight: Handle and optimize CRM workflows (email, WhatsApp, etc.), making sure our customer data is accurate, well-segmented, and easy to act on. Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign and CRM performance data and provide clear, concise daily and weekly reports. Insights & Optimization: Spot trends and opportunities across acquisition and retention funnels, and suggest data-backed improvements. What We’re Looking For: Experience in marketing analytics, CRM, and campaign management (freelance or in-house). Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets/Excel and platforms like HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Looker Studio, or Meta Ads Manager. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and a knack for turning data into actionable insights. Nice to Have: Experience with influencer or creator marketing. Familiarity with automation tools (like Zapier or n8n) or basic SQL.
