A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Analyst - Remote. Key Responsibilities Process and resolve escalated claims while assessing their validity Research and link necessary documentation to claims and recommend solutions for validation issues Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely processing and address complex situations Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Four years of claims experience preferred Food brokerage and/or client experience in sales administration is strongly preferred Relationship management experience preferred Ability to accept accountability and adapt to change in a professional environment
