Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in recruiting or HR generalist functions
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
