Client Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a Client Operations Analyst to support medical record retrieval projects for health insurance companies. Key Responsibilities Track and report on medical record retrieval projects, communicating project metrics and outcomes Analyze data to prioritize medical chart location efforts within the network of hospitals and clinics Coordinate with the Client Experience team to ensure effective communication and data sharing with clients Required Qualifications Expertise in data analysis and proficiency in analytic tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL databases Experience with Pivot tables, V lookup, and Power Query Demonstrated ability to execute against goals and deadlines Experience in the healthcare insurance or health IT industry is preferred but not required Basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus
