Senior People Business Partner
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders and managers to assess business goals and deploy talent strategies
Analyze data to inform talent strategies that support business objectives
Support full-scale People programs, including performance management and employee engagement
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
6+ years of Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders
Experience in a scale-up growth environment, ideally in tech
First-hand experience in an international, fast-growing organization with progressive HR practices
Competence in managing complex employee relations and training managers
