Senior People Business Partner
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to drive organizational excellence through data-informed people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, lead, and execute people programs
Manage Employee Relations cases and support recruiting for leadership roles
Utilize data to shape people strategies that impact business outcomes and oversee cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments
3+ years as an HRBP supporting global Engineering, Product Management, and Design teams
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for HR processes and analytics
Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex initiatives
Knowledge of US and Irish labor laws is a plus
