Client Services Coordinator
A company is looking for a Coordinator I, Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Sponsor/CRO and Principal Investigator/site communications regarding submissions
Conduct thorough administrative reviews of submissions and liaise with study and site personnel to address any missing information
Ensure timely completion of tasks and respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
Required Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience in a customer service role or in an office environment (preferably in a regulated industry)
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a stationary workstation
Ability to regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 lbs
