Client Services Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Services to manage the technical service support team and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the activities of a small staff of technical professionals and support staff
Track work completion of engineering, IT, or maintenance staff to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Implement and measure the effectiveness of improved processes or operational policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, or related field
6+ years of experience in a technical and/or application support management role
Technically fluent in SQL, JAVA, Perl, HTML, Fortran, C/C++, Unix/Linux, and Windows Operating systems
Any combination of education and experience that provides the required qualifications
